Intelligent Timetable Scheduling System is a complete and flexible system that enables automatic timetable scheduling for universities where it is equipped with various features and functions. The software is incorporated with a database management system, therefore the information regarding classroom with various capacities availability, timeslot availability, lecturer availability, etc. can be obtained very easily.

Constraint- Based Programming
To solve typical constraints of universities timetables scheduling problem

Two modes of Timetable scheduling:

Predefined Mode
Caters for certain subjects which require manual schedule. All information such as timeslot, rooms, lecturers for the subjects can be sent manually before the generation process.

Generation Mode
Subjects will be scheduled during the generation

Integrated System for Inter-Faculties Timetable Scheduling
Able to schedule various types of subjects including shared subjects which are offered by other faculties

Manual Scheduling for Modification
Room changes : Information on available rooms for the chosen class will be displayed. User will only need to choose the preferred room.

Timeslot changes : Information on available timeslots for the chosen section group will be available. Corresponding rooms available will also be displayed

Lecturer changes: Availability of lecturer will be displayed for a particular timeslots.

Two sets of Timetable Reports
Reports before timetable generation -List of rooms with capacities, lecturer and subjects offered by faculty

Report after timetable generation - timetable of each lecturer, section/student year, room including laboratory, lecturer hall, and studio. Timetable reports can be customized based on university requirement, available in PDF and HTML formats with various capabilities of printing and saving formats.

Web Based Module
Enables university students, lecturers and administrators to view class, and room timetable reports online. Clash checker and room booking features are also included.
